This philosophy embraces single piece flow: the supreme state where parts are manufactured one at a time, and flow throughout the manufacturing and supply chain as single units.

When we designed and built our dual headed sharpener we had all of that in mind and more. Our robot-capable sharpener was designed and built by our internal engineering team. We produce and sharpen millions of lawn mower blades annually. Our clean consistent and repeatable process allows us to manufacture and sharpen our parts to exacting tolerances of our OEM print specifications.
