What do you enjoy most about working at Whirltronics and/or working in the metal manufacturing industry?
I love the people and the culture that we have created at Whirltronics. I also really enjoy the attitude of “never stop improving” and the “can-do” approach to opportunities that can make us a better company and turning challenges into opportunities.

Which Minnesota season do you like the most? Why?
Spring, summer and fall. The only season I don’t like because it seems to last way to long is winter ( so we try to spend some time away in the winter to SW Florida )
What is your favorite Minnesota food or activity? Why?
Hot dish and the Minnesota Twins!
Can you list one song or band that you enjoy listening to?
How do you spend your free time when you are away from work? Traveling with my wife Jeanette, visiting and spending time with our two adult children – who now both live and work in Chicago. Fitness related activities and sports. I currently serve on two Boards of Directors: Minnesota Bank and Trust and Young Life North Star region and served three terms as Director of Enterprise Minnesota.

What do you enjoy most about working at Whirltronics and/or working in the metal manufacturing industry?
I enjoying working with a wide range of customers. Our customers have high expectations of us, which challenges us to be the best in-class supplier in our industry.
What three words best describe you as a person?
Honest, Competitive, Maximizer
Which Minnesota season do you like the most? Why?
I really enjoy the springtime. It is the best time to be outside, whether in the yard, at the lake, or playing ball.
What is your favorite Minnesota food or activity? Why?
Enjoying time at the lake. Fishing, family, or a good book.
Can you list one song or band that you enjoy listening to?
I will listen to anything when it comes to music. I really enjoy listening to my kids sing songs form the 60’s like the Beatles, etc.
How do you spend your free time when you are away from work?
I am usually playing with the kids, reading a book, at the lake or working on a project.

Jennifer Lindquist, VP of Manufacturing, has been with Whirltronics for 24 Years.
What do you enjoy most about working at Whirltronics and/or working in the metal manufacturing industry?
I enjoy relationships with the people the most. We get a lot done here but have a little fun along the way. The Whirltronics team is very driven. It’s fun to be part of a group that is passionate about doing whatever it takes to get better.

Which Minnesota season do you like the most? Why?
My favorite season is spring. It’s finally warm enough to run outside! I also like watching nature transform the landscape with new growth!
What is your favorite Minnesota food or activity? Why?
I LOVE to watch Vikings football. Life stops on Sunday’s when they are playing.
My favorite MN food is tuna hotdish. Comfort food!!!
Can you list one song or band that you enjoy listening to?
I always have music in my head. I mainly listen to Christian music. It keeps me grounded and connected.
And…born and raised in MN, who doesn’t love Prince!
How do you spend your free time when you are away from work?
I just love to be outside in the yard with the kids and taking walks with Ruger, our yellow lab.

Dan Jernberg, Director of Marketing, has been with Whirltronics since 2015.
What do you enjoy most about working at Whirltronics and/or working in the metal manufacturing industry?
The Culture and Core Values that Whirltronics displays are second to none. Everyone in the company share the same values and ethics and that is very comforting.
The companies that we work with have a very similar core values to Whirltronics and that make it really easy to work with them.

Which Minnesota season do you like the most? Why?
I think I would have to say Summer, it is nice to spend time out on the golf course and just being outside. Fall is a close second
What is your favorite Minnesota food or activity? Why?
It’s hard to steer away from golf. The season isn’t as long as other parts of the country maybe that is why I have a passion for the game, other than the integrity of the game.

I don’t have one song or band. My go to era is generally late 70’s and 80’s and early 90’s
How do you spend your free time when you are away from work?
I enjoy hanging out with family, attending the kids sporting events/activities, grilling
