Whirltronics, Inc President Eric Fink

Whirltronics is pleased to announce the promotion of Eric Fink to President, effective June 1st, 2019. Whirltronics is excited to expand its leadership depth in the management team, while encouraging strong leaders within the organization.

“I look forward to continuing to build the management infrastructure and team,” Eric comments. “We promoted Brent Elstad to Director of Maintenance and hired Dan Buck as Production Manager in February 2019. Josh Kramber is being promoted to Controller effective June 1st. I look forward to the execution of our 3-year strategic plan and seeing growth in the team and company.”

Currently, Whirltronics employs about 100 individuals in its 60,000 square foot headquarters located in Buffalo, Minnesota. A leader in lean manufacturing, Whirltronics offers full-service metal manufacturing with capabilities in stamping, hot and cold forming and austemper heat treatment of carbon steels.

“It is our goal to continue to design and build innovative capacity for sustainable growth,” Eric says. “As we move forward, we will continue to drive efficiency with innovation and have a well-trained workforce. I want Whirltronics to be considered the best place to work in Buffalo, Minnesota.”

Eric started his career with Whirltronics as Controller in 2006, and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2010. In 2012 he was promoted to Executive Vice President and CFO. For the last 18 months he has served as the Chief Operating Officer, leading Finance, Operations, Maintenance and Sales on a day to day basis.

Eric is taking over for Steve Thul, who will assume the role of CEO within the company and continue to lead with over 21 years of experience at Whirltronics.
